Achieving transformational change in any society requires everyone to have access to opportunities and resources regardless of their gender or social class. WHY IDI?

We have a firm understanding and experience in driving GESI strategies including:

  • Identifying under-representation in critical sectors and developing interventions that ensure appropriate representation for such groups.
  • Mobilizing public and private sector support as well as government legislation to ensure proper representation for women and other underrepresented groups.

We create programs that address gender wage gap disparity and underrepresentation of women at management and board levels of Nigerian companies.
