Gender Equality and Social Inclusion

Achieving transformational change in any society requires everyone to have access to opportunities and resources regardless of their gender or social class. At IDI, we work with various private and public sector institutions and NGOs to improve the access of disadvantaged groups to resources that would empower them.


We have a firm understanding and experience in driving GESI strategies including:

  • Identifying under-representation in critical sectors and developing interventions that ensure appropriate representation for such groups.
  • Mobilizing public and private sector support as well as government legislation to ensure proper representation for women and other underrepresented groups.
  • Designing programs that promote the delivery of equal rights, learning and up skilling opportunities and services to all underrepresented groups.
