Kayode advised Federal and State Governments on a donor funded transport initiative between 2009 and 2016. Prior to that he was Team Lead for transport sector reform at the BPE, where he was responsible for developing and implementing PPP concession strategies for the port and rail sectors. Kayode has several years of international experience in privatisation and concessions at Simmons & Simmons, an international law firm. He is a member of several transport committees at the National Assembly currently reviewing the draft transport legislation for Nigeria.
